We aim to reply to all enquiries within 5 working days, and always within 30 days for data-protection requests as required by UK GDPR.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. To cancel, open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Sup AI, or go to App Store → your profile → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Because Apple processes all in-app payments, refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't process card refunds directly, but email us if something's gone wrong and we'll help.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data within 30 days (payment records are kept for 7 years as required by UK tax law). You can also email privacy@supaiapp.com to request deletion.
Yes. You have the right to a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format. Email privacy@supaiapp.com and we'll provide your supplement history and health data.
Connect either source from within the app with explicit consent. You can disconnect at any time in Settings. Apple Health data is read on-device through HealthKit; Garmin data comes through the Garmin Connect API. You're always in control of what's shared.
No. Sup AI is a general wellness and supplement information app — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI responses may contain errors and are not reviewed by medical professionals. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before changing your supplement routine, and report any adverse reaction to the MHRA at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
You must be 16 or over to use Sup AI. We use a date-of-birth check at registration.
